I could not be anymore disappointed with Jessie and my experience with him. Jessie's communication in horrific, not just with the customer but with the folks he sends to your house. I hired Jesse for a kitchen update and I should've listened to my instincts when he was hit or miss on scheduling my project. I was patient with him as I wasn't in a rush but I feel he has taken advantage of me for doing so. I was told by him that we'd do a walk through at the end to ensure everything was good to go... he had made multiple excuses as to why that couldn't happen and asked multiple times for the remaining balance be paid because he needed to pay his people. I wanted to hold off because I wasn't excited about the quality of a few things and wanted to go over it with him. Jessie continued to make excuses as to why he couldn't come, he eventually sent someone to make some touch-ups and when I asked the guy he sent to fix a few things I was told no. I was still under the understanding Jessie would come look at the finished product but he never came. I paid in full and later that day wrote him saying the sink they installed was again leaking for the second time, I was told someone would be out the next day... when the didn't show I texted and called but got no response. I let it go for the weekend thinking they didn't work on the weekend and wrote him on Monday morning.... still no answer. A few days later I was forced to hire someone else to fix the leak and a faulty outlet installed by Jessie's people. I have still uet to hear from him.... I still have multiple things I'd like fixed but he has ghosted me once i paid. I wish he could've been more responsible and a better business owner. I would highly recommend going with someone else, he has no handle on the people he sends to your home.... we have been left with so many messes to clean up as they just leave.
