Marcelo came and looked at the job and gave me a quote. we agreed that he would start the job and when i saw that the work was proceeding i would pay him his deposit for the needed materials. he never showed up to work, instead he called demanding the deposit which was 90% of the total cost., saying he wouldn't start unless he got it. when i said absolutely not... he hung up on me. that is what is called an attempted rip off. never give a contractor a large deposit without seeing work begin or getting some other kind of reassurance. From the review before mine... it looks like this is Marcelo's game he plays. I agree. Do not use this company

He took my money and did not do the complete job. He only worked 8 hours after I gave him $1000.00. He Marcelo the owner will not return my calls or texts. Do not use this company.

Marcelo came and gave us a quote. We gave hime a 2000 deposit. He completed the stair repair but a month later still has not come back to complete the railing. He told us we had to pay the remains 500 for him to come and do the railing. We paid him and he did not return. We have called and texted with no response. DO NOT USE HIM!
