Absolutely the worst General Contractor in the world! Johnnie Gogenola Agreed to “BUILD “ our home - from start to finish , gave us bids from HIS subcontractors , took our money , we paid by the way ! He Basically framed our new custom home and never stayed in contact with us or the sub -contractors. He overcharged us , we paid and he quit all his sub-contractors from working on our New construction. He left us with No electricity -we paid in full - NO PLUMBING-we paid . THATS ABOUT ALL GOGENOLA CONSTRUCTION IS GOOD FOR FRAMING & LEAVING ! OMGOODNESS what a nightmare! WE DID NOT SEE AN ELECTRICIAN or PLUMBER for 3 months , who have been paid and we do not have a hot water heater or sinks, we have purchased our toilets, pressure tank, kitchen and laundry room sinks and facets… basically when HE and HIS family were finished FRAMING and collected their money and 4 months later quit the job completely! I asked Johnnie Gogenola if the other houses he built , did he put sinks in those houses, ???
I purchased a range, dishwasher and microwave with a hood , We are two married senior citizens who thought we were getting our dream home built after 50 years of saving ! We have been abused and taken advantage of . Scam SCAM
