A good friend referred me to Dave to install a new kitchen floor. I am extremely disappointed in the end all result as my floor had previous water damage, which was explained in detail to Dave and his workers, but they chose not to check the subfloor and/or the floor joists. Ultimately the area where the previous damage occurred was not supported. Dave did finally come back and tore up the damaged area and replaced subfloor, then left and never followed up as a courtesy check. As a recent widow, I relied on Dave’s expertise to provide quality work and be accountable for his company and workers. I expressed by dissatisfaction and disappointment to Dave that he never contacted me and the floor was still not supported properly. Ultimately he said he would get back to me, it’s been over a month and I’ve heard nothing. Do not hire this contractor unless you have a written contract. He is deceitful.

We had Goggin Flooring and More upgrade our master bathroom. Dave was extremely helpful and responsive as we picked out our new products. He answered countless questions before we even began the work and coordinated the start date when we had everything lined up for the job. He completely gutted our tub and tile. Dave treated the walls and area for water proofing and added all new tile including a beautiful inset niche the length of the tub with a light to show off the mosaic pieces. We are very pleased with the new bathroom and appreciate Dave’s commitment to finish the project in a timely manner.

I had Dave installed new flooring for me. I replaced the carpet with luxury vinyl planks and the floor looks great!

The whole area is over 1700sf, and they did the whole job from start to finish in less than 3 days. Very efficient!

I have been using the floor for over a year now and no complaints whatsoever.

We had Dave Goggins do work for us and I would not recommend him to build a dog house. After he turned our glass sunporch into a year round area plus laundry room we have nothing but problems. We have been flooded with water that came down through the walls and windows. The first time we called him back to see the damage he blamed it on the solar panels. Well last weekend we had a contractor come in because we were again getting water coming in. He pulled the drywall off and we found mold on the plywood and installation plus an ant infestation. The contractor said that since he put my walls right up against my gutter that was how the water came in. Now I have to pay this contractor to fix the mess that Goggins's Flooring caused. Turns out we have to move the walls in by 6 inches so our gutter's are away from the wall. Also he put a walk-in shower in my bathroom and that was not installed properly. The contractor also has to fix this. The person he had to put flooring down was not experienced so it is not the best job for the money we paid.

WONDERFUL work and done in a timely manor. I wanted to have my master bath completely updated and add a tiled shower. I admit to having second thoughts about even checking these guys out after reading some of the previous reviews here. But, being in customer service for many years I understand you can't make everyone happy or satisfied no matter what you do. I decided to do some more investigating so I read reviews from https://www.thumbtack.com/pa/highspire/patios/floor-installation 

After seeing his ratings there decided to have Dave Goggin come out and give me a quote for what I needed done. And I had a lot of questions. He patiently explained everything in a way I could understand. Which some other contractors didn't do.

I felt very comfortable deciding to have him do the job after we talked. I would strongly advise anyone looking to get work performed read more than one websites reviews. I couldn't be more happy or satisfied with the work he has done. The new shower is beautiful. It's my favorite room!!

It would take a long time to detail my experience with this company. Bottom line, the work was sloppy and unprofessional. It took me over a year of phone calls and letters to get just a portion of the things they did wrong fixed. Dave put us off, then would send his employee to address the issues, but in the end we settled for having only a few of the biggest things corrected. If you hire them, you'll have to watch them like a hawk. Definitely don't pay them until you've had time to discover all the flaws in their work.

Had Googins Floor Installation install Bamboo hardwood throughout 1/3rd of my home in July 2015, and couldn't be happier with the results! Having additional work done in 2016 (deck, wall repair). Great to work with, fair pricing, and quality results.
