Do not use Gold Coast! Heinz Perchman did not stand by his work on my pool. The grout began cracking only weeks after completion and he never repaired it properly, only bandaid after bandaid. Waterline tile starting falling into the pool a few weeks ago. He claims that he does not need to repair the work anymore because the warranty has expired but this has been going on shortly after completion and I have been in touch trying to get it repaired properly ever since. In addition he installed a new light in the pool. Come to find out it had been leaking, wasting water and costing me so much money. He claims that he does not guarantee that the light housing won't leak when he installs a new light! What??? I thought he was a nice guy at first but clearly the true colors have shown through! Stay away!!
