Ken Mracek has up and left an incomplete pool construction project. He and his business are unreliable and he walked away after cashing a large check on our next installment payment only to never be heard from again. Talking to the builder partner, he's apparently left a number of his clients in the same position.
Towards the end of the unfinished project, he was constantly claiming illness someone in his family was (at the emergency room with my daughter) and avoided contact via phone, and forget about him showing up in person. His incompetence and lack of any real project management skills caused our pool project to take multiple delays and revisions.
He is untrustworthy, he will steal your money, and for your own sanity, steer clear of Ken and 'Gold' Coast Pool Construction. Ken is just a sad and pathetic individual.
I will be posting this similar review on other platforms to stay away from Ken Mracek and Gold Coast Pool Construction, or whatever new business operation he starts.
