    We knew going in that building a home can be very stressful- one of the things we really appreciated about Kyle was that he is very even keeled when things get a little crazy... he has great ideas and is a very good problem solver. Thru out our build he was always available and dependable. Communication was very good all the way thru. We wanted a collaborative relationship with him and we got that 100%. We love our new home and feel that we could not have picked a better contractor to make our dream a reality. We have and will always highly recommend Kyle.

    Repairs needed to clear WDO Inspection. Mostly dry rot repairs and brick masonry.

    We hired Gold Country Renovations for several projects. Kyle always finished the jobs within his estimated time frame. They showed up for work each day until the project was completed - with the exception of weather, waiting on permits, etc. Their bids were always fair. They did GREAT work and cleaned up after themselves. Hard to find a contractor that does good work and completes projects on time! Would highly recommend!
