He was efficient in replacing & installing several fire/smoke detectors, however,
after the job was done, and we sat down for the billing - he described their
"GOLD" plan which offers you a 3 yr. warranty in which they provide check-ups on everything electrical, plumbing, heating, & air conditioning. Well, don't buy it - because you can never get someone to come out & do it. There were two different times i tried to get someone to come out for my plumbing inspection & another time for my air conditioning inspection - the first time they canceled at the last minute, and the second time no one showed up, and no one called.
The plan wasn't cheap either - so i feel like i wasted my money. It's far from what they call it - their "GOLD PLAN".....it's more like a RUST/CRAP PLAN. i would not recommend it to anyone. And i won't waste my time or $$ with this company anymore.

Gold Medals installed two new water heaters for me; it has been an ongoing problem since they installed them. Both water heater has never gone three months without stopping.
I kept having to jump-start them via the pilot, and I trained my brother to do the same because I was tired of calling them and taking time out of work for this issue. They drilled a hole into my basement wall and said that would fix my problems, but I still needed to fix something. It has been about two years of dealing with the same issues. I am currently out of town, and both water heaters stopped working. I called the customer service hotline to send a technician to jump-start the system, but customer services are giving me a run-around. No one wants to go to jump-start the water heaters while my family is without hot water for over 24 hours while I'm out of town. Their customer service and manager are the worst, and they are a bunch of liars. They claimed to call me this morning when no one called; he couldn't tell which number he dialed, the time, and why he didn't leave a voicemail. I caught him on being deceitful. I missed my flight this morning waiting for a phone call because I have been without hot water for over 24 hours; there are two numbers on file for me. I stayed near both phones all morning day.
