Had an absolutely great experience with Gold Remodeling, When they originally called me to schedule an appointment I wasn't ready because I had a lot going on at the time, but when I did get a second follow up call I was ready to start getting estimates for the work I needed done, in this case it was to re-do the paint on the outside of the home. The lady who scheduled with me over the phone was very polite and asked me when a good time was for me and was very patient until I decided,my schedule is very hectic so it was difficult for me to choose a good time, the same woman called me back on the day of the appointment to remind me ( which was wonderful btw). The man who came out showed me all my choices of colors, the types of paint, did his measurements and also introduced me to a new type of material they use on homes today called Texcote (where the paint stays good for over 25+ years and doesn't chip, stays good through winter and summer looks great all year around) So i definitely went for it, and I've been so pleased this year, I got this work done around March and it still looks just as good as the day they did it! :) So OVERALL my experience was wonderful, from the office to the representative who came out, everything was great, I usually have bad experiences with companies being rude and pushy but this was very pleasant. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND GOLD REMODELING TO ANYONE THINKING TO HAVE WORK DONE!!
