Our experience has been very frustrating. We set up an appointment for in home consultation as we were asked by the company representative. First of all, she calls about 30 minutes prior the appointment time and wanted to come early. We were not home and told her that we could be there at scheduled time. Secondly, as soon as she enters the home, she walks straight with her shoes on without even any courtesy of telling us something about the company etc. She rather walks straight into bathrooms as she seems to be in hurry. She then within a minute says it will take us 16-18k to get the smaller bathroom without even giving us an opportunity to ask about the material, structural changes etc etc. We were appalled to notice such a arrogant attitude from her. We will never ever deal with Gold Standard. I was shocked how these companies can have such arrogant sales staff who have no respect for customers, have no professional training imparted to them and further putting across such arrogant sales people who have no understanding of how they should treat their customers. It is not our loss. It is there loss. We are planning to remodify 3 bathrooms in our homes. They lost business and reputation. Beware of this.

After finishing about 95% of our kitchen/flooring job, We have been trying to get Kenny, the owner, to repair the flooring that was somehow damaged.
The faucet for the kitchen sink is an absolute piece of garbage. There are a number of "fix its" that need to be done. Kenny refuses to answer my calls or my texts. My next call is to Consumer Affairs. This is unacceptable. We've been trying to get the job completed since December 1, 2020. It is now June 9, 2021. I would rate at zero stars, but that is not an option. Do not use this contractor!
