    Mele Shavers redid my parent's driveway and backyard patio in November of 2017. The entire process was a headache as his team often did not show up, wasted time by napping on the ground and even dug up our backyard. After completely destroying our backyard, they wanted my parents to pay to them to redo it.

    After a month of headache dealing with his unresponsive team, they completed the job in November. Two weeks after they completed the job, the front driveway started cracking and showing huge discolorations.

    It's been 6 months and we haven't heard back from Mele to rectify the situation. Gold Standard Concrete tried to take advantage of my dad's kind heart, often misguiding, even lying to him and constantly trying to upsell.

    I'll attach some pictures on how the driveway looked a few weeks after completion. This is what it looks like dry. Mele even told my dad it would look better after the sun came out in the Spring. (obviously it did not)

    We feel scammed. We will file a formal complaint and take legal action if we don't hear back. I'll keep you guys updated on what Gold Standard Concrete does.
