  Golden landscaping missed 3 scheduled appointments for an estimate on paver work. If they can't make it to a sales call, I doubt that they will be a reliable contractor for my project. They keep throwing solicitations on my driveway but they've had enough chances to get my business.

  Was going to hire someone to do landscape

  I had an appointment with them on Tuesday 10:00 AM Guy showed up at 9:50 great, I hate late people. 5 minutes into showing landscape mess (of car driving over 2 boulders and crashing into last boulder and mailbox) it started raining pretty good, so he said he was going to car to write up estimate for me. I said I was going inside for a minute to get jacket. I came out and he was gone! called office, if that what it is, at 10:07 NO answer, left message saying that the guy left, was there an emergency? please call back. NO reply in 2 days, tried again still NO answer, and 2 weeks have gone by.

  Yardwork

  I found the flyer had been tossed in my yard and I happen to need landscape services, so I called Golden Landscaping. Adrian met with my husband and I and gave us an estimate. He seemed like he would be good to work with. The crew was scheduled for Tuesday morning, and when they didn't show up, no one would return my call. Finally, they showed up on Wednesday morning and worked for two hours, and then they left for the rest of the day. With no explanation, they returned on Friday morning and did the same thing, leaving before the work was complete. It seemed like the whole time that our job was not a priority. When Adrian finally answered my call, he was short with me. Needless to say, I would never use Golden Landscaping. Avoid this company. Their business practices are unacceptable!

  landscape my backyard

  I received a flyer in my driveway and decided to call and get a quote for some much needed landscaping in my back yard. Adrian was able to meet with us right away to discuss the project and gave us a fair quote. We are so happy we decided to use this company and the finished project is fantastic. The crew was very professional and friendly and completed everything with a final walk through to explain the changes to my sprinkler system. They cleaned up all the work mess including the huge pile of delivered rock debris in the street and were finished in one day. This is a great start to the summer season! I would definitely recommend Golden Landscaping.

  Landscaping

  I had found a flyer on my driveway from Golden landscaping and when I got in touch with them I found out they had merged with Adobe Landscaping who I had used in the past and was very happy with.
  After living in my home for 24 years it was time to do a bit of a makeover of the front yard I wanted to change out the rock, add some river rock, remove some flagstone and replace it with pavers and repair my fountain.
  Terry who is the co-owner came out and went over the details with me and provided a very detailed quotation on the spot. I thanked him for the quote and explained that I needed to review it before making a decision.
  The quote was well within my budget for this project and I decided to move forward with it.
  I found that everyone sent to my home was well qualified and courteous.
  I was amazed when 13 tons of rock that was delivered to my home was distributed throughout the yard and not a trace of anything was left in the street when I got home.
  Every step of the project was perfect in particular the stone and paver work done by Felipe was incredible he's a true artist at what he does.
  Project was completed on-time and exceeded my expectations.
  I would highly recommend Terry and Golden Landscaping for your outdoor projects.

  to remove grass and weeds from our desert landscaped front yard and trim 6 bushes

  I normally don't do reviews on companies, but this time I felt it was necessary. My husband and I hired Golden Landscaping to do some work in our front yard and were extremely disappointed. They put a flyer in our driveway that stated serving Arizona for 30 years, so I gave them a call. They sent Adrian to our home to give us an estimate. He was very polite and went over everything with me that we wanted done. He also gave me the quote and told me there was a 30 day guarantee on their work. We have desert landscaping. We had tons of weeds and grass in our yard that we wanted removed and 6 bushes that needed trimmed. We were given a quote of $230.00, which I felt was a little on the high side, but when Adrian explained they pull all the grass and weeds out by hand I was okay with the price. The crew showed up to do the job and I noticed they had yard tool, so I made it very clear to them that Adrian said the weeds would be pulled out by hand and they were not to use the tools except in the flower beds and the side drive, because there was a material under the gravel and the tools would put holes in it and cause more weeds to come through. The guys told me they were not going to use them in the main yard. Well they did. My neighbor told me the next day that she was working in her yard at the same time and was wishing she had the yard tools they used. They destroyed the covering under the gravel. Before I paid Adrian I looked at the yard and it appeared to look okay. Boy was I wrong, within 3 days they were popping out everywhere. A lot of the small ones they just raked the gravel over them so you couldn’t see them. I called the office twice and left a message for the owner to call me and he never did. Also when I paid Adrian I ask him about the 30 day guarantee that I was told about when he gave me the quote. His response was I never said there was a 30 day guarantee. I know he did but he denies it. My recommendation is to avoid this company. They tell you one thing and do something else and they do not return your calls. By the way I did run their licenses at the Registrar of Contractors before I used them.
