Edwin was very punctual and responsive in the beginning. I hired him to do a few small jobs which he did very well. One of the jobs, involved replacing a refrigerator and disposing of the old one. He left the old one in our drive way and it has been over 5 weeks and it is still sitting there. I had to figure out how to dispose of it using the services of 311. Suddenly, he stopped responding to my texts and calls. Then 2 weeks later he sends me a text if I am going to hire him to do my apartment renovation when he has never given me an estimate. He also never provided me with receipts for his work even though I asked several times. I asked him when he was going to dispose of the fridge and he said he was going to do it that week. Since then another 3 weeks have have passed. He quickly went from being highly reliable to inconsistent. Would not recommend to anyone.
