Golden Rule Construction in Traverse City, MI, built the award winning "Glen Lake Tower House" for us in 2011. Golden Rule's principal Luke Gingerich led his construction team to complete a challenging contemporary architectural design on time and within budget. Luke Gingerich provided superb construction craftsmanship. Golden Rule coordinated effectively with the Seattle-based architect based to resolve the occasional problematic issues that emerged. Golden Rule provided important follow-up construction in 2017 when we later installed rooftop solar array and converted an outdoor deck into an indoor library space.
