    We just completed our 14th home build in Florida over the 40 years we lived in here. We are Paula & Barry Shore, taking the time to write a review of our Final build in Polk City, Fl. Having traveled all over the world visiting 4 Continent's it was time for the USA, Canada & Mexico in our Recreational Bus towing our car for the last eight years. We decided after looking at Both Coasts & the middle of Florida to settle in an area of Polk City that has an Exceptional 400 home RV resort for RVing families looking to get out of the cold for the winter. Mount Olive Shores North also
    known to us who live in MOSN a community of, like minded Retired Families wanting to socialize without moving for a while in warmer not Hot (except summer) weather, we on the other hand wanted to get off the road as our adult children, grandkids & great grandkids kids, all live in Florida. My wife decided we would probably build our last home in
    MOSN, as traveling during the Pandemic getting form State to State was getting harder with border lockdowns. Paula found a property in MOSN while we were in Texas at the border with Mexico & We met the Goldsmith Family & one other builder, that was
    building in Mount Olive, we met and decided to build with the Goldsmith Family, the daughter Corrie found us a property to build on, so we bought the land while in Texas. With the help of the Goldsmiths & their wonderful employees. Following Paula's ideas for this home, the office staff & my wife, and their inhouse CAD operator designer the final floorplans were completed, our next home.
    We then met Garth Remick the build Construction Forman, who watched Paula visiting daily the construction site she walked over, from the property next door we rented during the build. Garth Remick with his crew's & the Goldsmith Family Parents, 2 Sons & Daughter completed our build to our Satisfaction with their large, wonderful staff. It's beautiful to us, we cannot thank them enough for their help Guidance & putting up with our change's especially Garth having to deal with me daily, requests, quirks & Husband is from NYC.
    We Truly Thank Them All. WE Give Them 4 Stars
