Roof replacement. Done well in reasonable amount of time. You might even say quickly given it was in the aftermath of Hurricane Ida. The job itself was done in 1 day. Did a good job of cleaning up. Communication was great. They kept in touch with me and always responded quickly to me. They were even pleasant to talk to.
They were very quick to install a temporary tarp over the damaged roof before the actual roof replacement.
One minor improvement would have been to not try to go beyond the scope of work approved by the insurance company. The insurer denied it and eventually the work was done for the amount approved. This delayed the job for a couple of weeks at least.
