The job was to re-paint the unfinished area of the basement, the first floor (kitchen & sun-room, living and dining), hallways and the master bedroom. There was also work to expand a doorway and fit new doors on the second floor.
I would never have this company back again.
They failed to use the correct paint in the basement - it is going yellow/orange now. The owner, Gomez, was shown this and said that it was their mistake and they would come back to fix it.
They have failed to put the finishing trim for the bathroom doors.
The painting of the kitchen was not done correctly; areas were missed.
They bring unqualified electricians and have now destroyed all the sockets on one side of the house; dismantled and broken the 3-way switching for the upstairs/downstairs passages and also broken the 3-way switch for the internal and external porch. Whilst destroying the electrics they also blew out a dimmer switch. The workers used my own 3-step ladder for their work, got it all covered in paint and other rubbish. They took it with them and never returned it.
Also, whilst expanding an entryway they threw away parts or the alarm system which they have not yet replaced either.I have been following up with phone calls and emails to Nicole (who handles the admin) and also Gomez (the owner) and still 1year I am in no better place. This is the worst service to have.
Also, note that if you are so unfortunate to hire this company make sure you go through the bill and receipts at the end of the job. They had added other peoples receipts/bills to my job (~$300). Do not pay them until ALL of your work is done completely to your satisfaction - they will never come back!!!

Low-budget work and it showed. When I talked to Emanuel (Gomez) the first time he seemed friendly and willing to do what I wanted. My house required significant exterior prep work and then primer and two coats of finish. Long story short, they sanded without using a whole-house tarp so the dust went everywhere. My neighbor called the police. Here's the rest of the list: said he'd be on the job every day but wasn't, said he wouldn't powerwash the windows but did and I had puddles inside the house, didn't use a mouse sander on the corners of windows and doorways so it left swirl marks in the wood trim, face-nailed porch flooring and now all the finish nails are popping up, spilled paint on the new roof and dripped all over my concrete pathways, said he'd tarp the ground before sanding to reduce paint chips in beds but did not, left bags of trash on my lawn for weeks while he was on another job, broke a piece of siding off the house and never reinstalled, said he'd use scaffolding but only used ladders, painted over lattice work under porch without priming, painted several days in the rain, left hardened balls of putty all over the property, left one man on the job for several days (for a whole-house exterior paint job), took more than eight (8) weeks to finish the job, finally returned to reinstall gutters and liters but lost the clips so liters promptly fell off the house with the first significant windstorm. 18 months later, paint is starting to peel so I'm contracting with a new painter this summer (2021). Lastly, because of my own very stupid error, I overpaid him by $300 and realized it after he left. I immediately contacted him, he promised to return the money, but failed to do so. I give him three stars because the house looks cleaned up and nice from 25 feet away. Overall, however, I'm just disheartened by the lack of follow-through on his promises and honesty.
