Owner
The owner has a bad attitude when it comes to customer service. The final product included below satisfactory finishes on cabinets, brick work, tile floors, shower tile, and SHEET ROCK. In fact, you can see the lines where all the sheet rock seams are in my living room and up the stairways. He did not include a base board on the stair way and later claimed I had told him not to put one on. Not true. The worst problem was that I had 5 inches of water poor into my home after two separate thunderstorms. He sent people over to "fix" the problem. All they did was make holes in the brick to take a look, then they covered the holes back up with a different mortar color that was originally used during construction. All they did was make a mess and I do not believe any problems were ever fixed.
