    Poor product and workmanship

    This company did a very poor job for me and then refused to come back and even look at the problem. I hired a well known engineering firm to inspect and they said "The workmenship and quality of the concrete is poor creating cracking, chipping and water leakage".

    Use anyone else. They do a poor job, will not fix problems and don't care whether your satisfied.
