This is the worst experience with a contractor that I have ever had. Bill the owner gave me a quote for $30,000 to demo few small buildings with an agreement of $20,000 to get going and 3 weeks to finish the job and $10,000 at the completion of the job. It wasn't but a week and Bill started whining and I mean whining about everything, the cost of the permits the cost of fuel, the cost of dumpsters and needing more money and this happened every time I met with him. I had to go to Ogden City to help him file for the demo permit. 5 weeks later I had paid him $20,000 over the bid because he was threatening to pull off the job. I had to go rent a backhoe and a dump trailer for Bill so he could finish the project. I had to meet with Ogden City Engineers to get a map of the sewer lines because bill was incapable of locating them before he removed the foundations. Then again I have to go rent a backhoe to level the lot out so the city will release Bills the bond money. Four months later I get a call from the rental company that Bill rented the excavator from to do the Job and they tell me Bill didn't pay his bill and they where placing a lien on the property. If I could rate this company in the negative I would. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!!!!!!
