We purchased a home from them 17 months ago and I’m still trying to get warranty issues resolved. The only thing we have received is empty promises and lies. I would rather purchase a used vehicle than another Goodall home. Out of 16 home owners in our subdivision not a single one has anything positive to say I would ever buy a home from them again
