  Cap an existing retaining wall with 3 1/2" of poured concrete.

  I reached out to three professionals and Lou called me the same day and was eager to see the project. No other professional called to accept the job, which was unique. Our existing concrete block retaining wall was never capped and the cells were exposed. We needed him to pour a 3 1/2 inch cap on the sloped wall. He showed up on time, his crew was personable and very competent. The truck with the concrete arrived early and was able to access my driveway, which is a tight turn. It was all completed in one day. Even though no other professional reached out with a quote, I researched the internet to find average costs and his quote was on the money. Lou himself was a very nice person and easy to work with, which is important to me as a woman. I can now proceed with the project to put a finish over the entire wall. If I have any other concrete work to have done in the future, I will definitely call Goodfellas.
