In Aug. of 2016 we contacted Goodman Construction Services at the recommendation of Home Advisors. Very disappointed, roof started leaking within 6mo. The co. has yet to correct the problem.

So far my experience with this contractor has been horrible. They promised to start the roof last weds, then postponed it to last Friday, then postponed it to Sunday. Bruce no longer answers my phone calls, his office no longer answers the phone. He wrote me on Monday saying he would call me when he had a crew to do the job. In the meantime he has billed my credit car for 1/2 the job. IF YOU USE this company I suggest the following.
1) DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING until the job is done.
2) PUT THE COMPLETION DATE IN THE CONTRACT with liquidated damages per day if it is not completed.
Now I am stuck waiting for his crew while every day it rains risking further damage to the roof.
Be aware of these contractors without the cash flow to do a job without your seed money.
I hope this does not end up in court but I have given them 5 days to complete the job before hiring another company.
