Our experience with Goodmanson Construction was good. We initially made arrangements with them for a new concrete driveway and garage floor in August 2016. With the rainy fall we had, we kept getting pushed back on their schedule until winter rolled around and it got moved to first thing in the Spring. Not much they could do about mother nature. They kept us informed throughout the delays, explaining the situation as it progressed. They kept their word, and we were their first job in April 2017. The work lasted 3 days, and it looks great. They poured 5.5 inches of concrete, and provide a 10 year warranty. Our other bid was for 4 inches and a one year warranty. We paid more for those differences, but we feel it is a good investment in our home. They worked with us on every detail of the project--how we wanted the water to flow down the driveway, and how our retaining walls along the driveway would need to be managed for the project. Good workers and good management.
