Very poor customer service. I gave him a "2" because he did at least show up on time. He fixed nothing, and only charged me for the service call. Which was fair. My problem is that he left one of the lights on my ceiling hanging at an awkward angle, and not secured, after he lowered it to investigate the problem. Did not provide a receipt or invoice for the service call. That, to me, is not very professional. I would definitely not recommend them nor use them again for myself or for my business.
