I've used Gordo Pacific on three of my properties. Each time he has came thru on service and budget. He has worked for me since 2008. No issues with leaks or otherwise. He honest and does his best to make sure you are happy with the work. He even does extra as long as it not over $500.00 worth of work. Good enough for me.
Thanks a bunch Gordo -

I hired Gabriel to put a new roof on my house and have all the fascia replaced. After demo he started to install new fascia, his cuts were terrible and fascia was bowed. Then he installed the underlayment paper over at least 20 nails from the old roof. Nails had pierced the new paper, there was debris and loose nails under the new underlayment paper. I fired him and have not received my deposit back.
Response from Gordo Pacific Roofing Co October 8, 2023Mr. Biasetti has since received a refund. He was charged for roof tear off and for the demo work performed on his rear patio and fascia removal. Mr. Biasetti wanted us to use his tools to for reasons unknown. He was insulted when I told him we cannot use homeowner tools. Also Mr. Biasetti was trying to micro manage our team at every point. I asked Mr. Biasetti to please let the crew work in peace without his assistance. As for the facia. Yes due to the home being 50 years old the rafter tails were warped and need to be cut in order for everything to come out straight. His suggestion was to install short 6ft pieces of fascia. Mr. Biasetti also said he had a cheaper bid. I believe this is the real reason he chose to run me off. Sincerely Gabriel / Gordo Pacific Roofing
