I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I was given INCORRECT information by the technician who came out to look at my water heater. Philip, who I later found out was new on the job, told me that it would be more expensive to repair my existing water heater (which was less than 5 years old) than to replace it. That was a LIE, and I paid for a new water heater that was completely unnecessary, which was close to $1800! Also, while they were removing the old water heater and installing the new one, they bumped my washer/dryer and the water supply line got dislodged. This caused flooding in my apartment, which I then had to have multiple repair people out to fix. So that was another $413 down the drain. All told, I have paid out over $2100 that was totally unnecessary. The AO rep said he'd "work with me" but never did. And I can't get anyone at Gordon Mechanical to respond to me, and I was told I could not be given the name/contact info of anyone there to appeal to. Gordon Mechanical was dishonest and unprofessional, and I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THEM AT ALL, unless you enjoy wasting money.
