Very pleased with the services of Gordon's Remodeling. Clay provided a prompt and descriptive quote of all the work we had discussed during his visit to my home. Work was completed in a timely professional manner. Thus, it was a positive experience. I plan to contact him soon to do more work and would definitely recommend him to others. -

Customer service is everything, but with this company customer service ends after you make your final payment. I had a covered patio constructed by this guy, my downspouts were installed improperly and the brick structures are cracking. I have months of text messages promising to fix the problems and Clay Gordon has not resolved the problems. Maybe that's why he doesn't accept credit cards; customer would reverse the charges for poor quality work. I will not use him again!!!

I recently had a bathroom updated (walk-in shower installed, new flooring and lights) by Gordon's Remodeling! They were personable, professional and efficient. I love the fact I was given options on what I wanted, and was able to select materials within my budget! My bathroom looks amazing! I highly recommend this business to my family and friends. And, I will be calling them again for future remodeling projects!
