Got Floored owner Rey Euzarraga required I pay a percentage deposit before he would order the flooring material sample I wanted to see. I felt pressured and foolishly paid him, only for that material to be unavailable from the manufacturer. I requested the deposit be refunded. Rey agreed to the refund in full, but was only able to partially repay me as he had spent my money on his business expenses. It's been over two years and he still owes me $3k. No repayment plan. No updates. Only excuses. I can't speak to the quality of work since none was performed.
