After signing a contract to build a house on my lot and giving him a $30,000.00
deposit I had to have a triple heart bypass operation followed 11 weeks later by a total removal of my colon. At 118 lbs down from 190 lbs I explained that I simply could not continue with our contract. Although he had not been back to the lot at all, he said he would not refund any of my money because he had spent it on Trusses. That was the first of many lies. The last lie I listened to was that my 'voluntary' surgery was no cause to drop the contract. DIRT BAGS both him and his Liar Mother.
