This way not my first experience hiring a contractor but it was, by far, the most satisfactory one. Gregg often worked 6 days a week as he knew time was an issue in getting this house repair/ reconstruction done. The job involved replacing & repairing interior and exterior walls, plumbing, windows, doors, electrical outlets and on and on.
Gregg came up with innovative solutions to odd problems. He was creative in the design field and was still able to keep all the repairs up to city codes. Gregg worked well with the building inspector and passed all inspections with flying colors.
The one thing that impressed me the most was that he was constantly looking at lowering the cost while still doing quality work.
I am so happy with the repairs Gregg did wish I could rate him with 10 stars instead of just 5 ! A joy to work with.
