We fired Ivan Lopez and Gotham City Builders after a two month job spiraled into nine months. He did shoddy work and mismanaged the funds for the project. We replaced Ivan Lopez and Gotham City builders with another contractor that had to fix a substantial portion of already completed work that had been done incorrectly. I could write 10 detailed paragraphs about how bad of a contractor he is but he's not worth any more time or effort from me. Suffice to say he's the worst contractor in New York. Definitely do not hire.
