    Contractor is a fraud, takes on jobs he doesn't know anything about I had small contract with him in July 2024 to clean, resand, and reseal small patio and remove, clean, and replace and caulk shoemolding on a screened-in porch. It hasn't been a year and the work he did has washed away. He started re-sanding my patio with play sand instead of patio sand, didn't know the difference, did not fill all crevices, and was supposed to reseal all seams and pavers 2 coats of sealant; he never resealed the edges where the pavers meet the house and porch foundation. The shoemolding on the porch was supposed to be caulked all around, the gaps were filled with the play sand and a this caulk layer, the sand spilled over the top after a heavy rain. This contractor should be put out of business.
