company got a raw deal by a bad client. demanded extras, didnt get them and kicked the builder off site then sued them. about as crooked as a client could get to take advantage of a new company just starting out. Kory had no intent on having the builder finish. His interest laid in suing the company once he had squeezed enough undocumented work out of them.
