Do yourself a favor and use a different contractor. They took twice the time allowed then tried to charge us double the contract price. Work was subpar at best. Run don't walk from these guys

Worst building experience ever. Totally mismanaged the job. Missed the pomissed completion date by 14 months. Almost two years into the project and still don't have the final inspection complete. Bills ran 40% plus more than contract price. Poor workmanship. Massively over promissed and massively under delivered. Work was done without proper building permits. Should not be allowed to call themselves a home builder or allowed to build.
