To Chris Goyette and crew,
It has been awhile since you have finished
our beautiful kitchen but I want to express our appreciation for making it the kitchen of our dreams.
When we were contemplating renovating our kitchen, one of my biggest concerns, was the time frame that I would be without a kitchen. One contractor had quoted me as long as 3 months, Chris, in one week you had my kitchen gutted, my cabinets and new stove installed, in fact in five weeks the job was completed. If it hadn’t been for the delay on the countertops (the only thing we contracted ourselves) the job would have been finished even earlier.Through out the job, you and your crew made sure not to disturb the rest of the house as well as kept the work site clean on a daily basis.
Chris, it was so comforting that you were always available in person or by phone to explain and answer our questions as well as guide and support us through out the whole process.
You were available every step of the way; when the cabinets were delivered, when the inspectors came, even when the countertops were delivered. When we ran into trouble with the countertops you came to support us with the company’s owner.Chris, I can’t say enough about you crew. Their ultimate concern was to make sure we were totally happy with everything. They were punctual, professional, pleasant and friendly, a pleasure to work it.
Our thanks to you and your crew for bringing a smile to my face every day as I step into my kitchen. It is perfect!
