Gp remodel and design did the build out on a commercial property. They were professional, honest and did everything stated on our original contract. We have several set backs during the permit process and Manuel worked closely with me tonresolve all of them. More importantly he was on site every day until the work was complete. Im. Ery satisfied with the work and would be happy to refer them.

Manuel Perea did a lousy job. He never pulled any permits even though his original estimate included the fees for them. He has no idea what the word code means. If you hire this man you are asking for trouble.

Cheap quote was identical to quality of work. Signed contract for 2 weeks job and small bathroom wasn't done for 1.5 months. GP only spent maybe 3 hours every few days to work on bathroom . Was very disappointed with time frame and end results. Typical BAD contractor. It's worth to pay the higher quote guy with more 5 star reviews than the guy with 5 reviews and cheap quote. My lesson from this project - If it seems too good to be true, it probably is! NOTHING DONE BY THIS "CONTRACTOR" WAS UP TO CODE. I ended up paying a huge plumber bill to fix the mistakes this guy did. Also Miami Dade waste contacted me saying they found materials with my name on it inside a bunch of illegally dumped garbage. Everything contractor was responsible for "disposing" of ended up on the streets of Miami. DISGUSTED by the work of GP Remodel Construction . DO NOT HIRE THEM - IT'LL BE YOUR WORST REGRET.

BEWARE OF POTENTIAL FRAUD. Manual demanded all money up front and then never completed the job. I am out almost $13,000. It’s been 7 months and now. I am working on legal action currently. He also charged me for a install he never did and then refuses to refund me.
