GPS was wonderful. It is a father and son team who are local.They had to replace the main shut off & pressure regulator for our home which is located in the front landscape. They were prompt in returning our call as well as when they showed up for the repair. No hidden costs, they were upfront with cost and potential problems....(if this, then that etc.). They answered all our questions and were not put off that we oversaw what they were doing and asked questions throughout the repair. The repair was completed without a hitch and they made sure everything was up to current code.
Recently we had no hot water (from either of our 2 tanks) and we called them. They explained why they could not come out immediately and referred another plumber (if we could not wait the 2 days for them). They told us what to look for and what were the possible problems (our pilots were not staying lit). They told us how to potentially fix the problem and the part needed so we could fix it ourselves (if we were handy) as well as the costs. We ended up able to make the repair ourselves (something simple) so because of their honesty, we did not waste money on an unnecessary repair.
While they are not the cheapest game in town, they are not the most expensive either. They were reliable, honest, professional and helpful.
