Ghassan M Haddad aka "Jason" did the longest and laziest job imaginable on my property in Phoenixville. He took an entire year to get me something on paper. Never shows up when hes supposed to and shows up whenever he feels like. Doesn't respond to texts or emails. He claimed my neighbors were encroaching (which is not true) which cost me $2500 to hire a lawyer. Only for the lawyer to tell me that my survey was garbage. I hired a real survey and they did the job in a week. This guy is completely unprofessional and a waste of time. BEWARE!

you can always file a complaint with the state and ask for an investigation, perhaps even file a claim under his E&O policy.
I'm having a similar issue now with encroaching, however, the survey has yet to be completed. I don't know how to rate as this survey is not completed but I have experienced the same time delays. He does seem to be very polite when talking to him. One star because this has been going on for well over a year!
