Randal was very professional, polite, explaining what he would be doing. He answered all the questions I had. He cleaned up 100%. I had a cut out done on my tub, so it would be easier to get in and out of the shower. I had seen a friends done, by the same company,him, and I knew I wanted this done to my tub as well. I gave Randal a Very Good or 4 stars out of 5 because, my Dad was a mason contractor and he always said, "Never give 5 stars. Very Good is perfect." and the job Randal did, was just that,"PERFECT."
