I received a call after 2 months of heavy complaining to Grace after no callback I was forced to make my issue public and to OneGuard Home warranty who hired Grace Air and Heat. Repair to my HVAC unit made by Grace Air and Heat cause a leak in my unit in the Attic which leaked through my ceiling and left a huge water stain in my ceiling drywall. It has been there since early August 2024, when I did get my call, I was told that they had to complete an inquiry with their staff. Bottom line was that Grace Air and Heat came out did a repair which caused a leak that damaged the drywall, left a huge stain in my ceiling and are refusing to correct their repairman fault. The call I received from the owner about a week ago seemed to stem from the reviews and information I provided to multiple sources online to include the BBB. I was told that they will repair or paint the water stain if I were to remove all bad reviews from all media and social media. This gave me the idea that I was given a quid pro quo, an ultimatum to get this business to correct their faults which is unappealing and reflects bad contractor performance review. So until then I will continue pleading my case publicly.
