Horrible builder. Doesn't stand behind his rushed & poor work. His warranty is a joke. He hires the cheapest most incompetent contractors who don't do their jobs correctly. He also has unlicensed people completing work. He does not care about the homes or the families all he cares about is money.

This builder, his superintendent and ALL of his contractors are subpar. Before you purchase from Graf Construction, do some research. Interview homeowners who have already been taken advantage of by this builder and the lousy workmanship of the homes he builds. He will not honor the Virginia State Code One Year Workmanship Warranty or accept responsibility for the poor quality of work that his Class F contractors perform. The superintendent conducts his oversight of the workers from the front seat of his truck, which confirms that Graf Construction is nothing but curbside construction. We purchased our home 3 years ago and have numerous nail pops, drywall tape cracking and peeling in several areas, grout in the showers that was not properly installed and has mismatched colors, a hole in our patio slab and numerous more problems. The builder sent out the same poor quality contractors to attempt to make the repairs, but the rework failed and Graf refuses to fix the problems. If you have reserved a lot, please reconsider. You can get a MUCH better quality home from a different builder!
