We were upgrading our cottage's electric service from a 60 amp fuse box and needed a 220 amp breaker box, new meter base and service drop line with the mast to go with it. We called Jesse Graham and told him we were at the cottage for a limited time and wondered if he could come to give us an estimate. He came that afternoon to look at it, and we discussed some unusual conditions and requirements of which I was aware that would affect the installation. He took notes and some photographs to make sure he could review the job while planning for it. I also mentioned that I wanted to be there while he was doing the work so I could make some changes to some interior circuits that had to be made to accompany the upgrade, and he asked me when I would be available to be there.
An estimate was in my email inbox the following morning. The estimate was less than any of the others I had acquired and included more work than any of the others did. I had been impressed by his professional knowledge and pleasant attitude during his visit and thought the estimate was very fair, so I contacted him to accept it and arrange a date for the work to be done.
He contacted me the day before the work was to be done to confirm that he would be there, and showed up on schedule the next morning. He did a neat, professional job and was done by early afternoon. He took the time to answer some questions of mine both directly and indirectly related to the job and told me which circuit (which I had pre-marked) he was connecting to which breaker to save me the need to try to figure out which was which later.
When the inspector came to approve the job for re-connection he made the comment that he knew it would be good before he even looked at it because Graham Electrical Service always did very good work.
Mr. Graham even called me a few days later to make sure that I was happy with the work and had not encountered any problems with it.
In summary, I was very pleased with the quality of the work done by Graham Electrical Service as well as his response time, and would call him again if the need came up and would strongly recommend him to any potential customers.
