Stellar!! Exceeded Expectations!!
Graham’s work is awesome! Highest quality, meticulous attention to detail, customer-satisfaction driven. Extremely hard-working, easy to work with, very collaborative/responsive to customer input, 100% reliable, always respectful (including COVID-19 precautions), always on time, excellent communication, “can-do” attitude.
Our project was a large two-story deck with many challenges, and Graham enthusiastically found fantastic solutions to all of them. He worked closely with us to develop a design that met all of our very stringent requirements. He handled the entire building permit/HOA approval process. No project is without its surprises, and Graham adeptly and thoroughly addressed each one to our satisfaction. He even procured custom parts where necessary to meet the design criteria. The final product and experience exceeded all expectations. Now we have a beautiful, maintenance-free deck that can withstand the worst-case snow load for our region for years to come. We are so happy to have found Graham and look forward to working with him again.
The icing on the cake is that Graham is such a nice, personable guy who consistently went the “extra mile” to ensure our satisfaction. He also truly enjoyed working on the project, which clearly shows in the quality workmanship and details. We are a customer for life!
