Graham Keane has taken care of my 100 year old house in Somerville for more about 15 years. He has supervised just about everything from painting, construction, replacing shingles, replacing 40 old windows, removing a porch door that could not long be used and replacing it with a window, and knowing when to hire experts and supervising them, including a complicated job with 2 porches, upstairs and downstairs, that needed complete renovation, and a plumbing job in the basement that was very complicated. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
