The shower did not pitch properly and would not drain, the sill pitched toward the bathroom and the shower guy thus would not install the shower door. The grout was mixed with some dirt that won't come out, the tile work was botched, and large gaps of area under the lips of shelves and the riser were not grouted. Had to bring in another crew to re-do after no response from the contractor.
