    We are very excited that the work for our home is finished. Also John and his crew are a blessing to work with. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work and even contacted us a week after they were finished as a courtesy.

    John did exactly what he said he was going to do and within the time frame he gave us. The work was done professionally and he is very conscientious about his work. He even did some touch up painting that was not paid for in the bid because he wanted us to be happy with the end result! We did experience a very significant reduction in noise from the condo above us.

    Our home has 2 newer apartments attached but we designed the upstairs apartment with wood floors. When our tenant could not take the echoing noise from above, we contacted Granahan Construction. He provided us with studio quality soundproofing,while the price intially seemed high, It saved us from loosing our tenant and the mortgage.

    John was wonderful to work with. He was able to squeeze our project into his schedule the same week I signed the contract. We hired John after having difficulty sleeping due to the foot noise in the unit above us, also the weekend party noise we were looking to eliminate. After the initial inspection
    Of the master bedroom we knew he was very knowledgeable about the service he provides and the products he uses. John went above and beyond our expectations in the work performed.
