Grand Gutters

We hired Grand Gutters to replace the gutters around our home back in 2011 or so. We still have yet to work out all the problems that we were left with after they were finished.
I welcome the owners to come and see the mess that we were stuck with after the job was done. That took over a year for them to complete. From the,
1. amount of down spouts used being short even though they charged for them, It still was missing a down spout when they finished.
2. every corner leaked and was cut to long for the roof.
3. None of the gutters were flush with the rafter tails they hung from.
4. The water flowed from the down spouts, not to them.
5. There is a covered patio that needed the gutters around the roof but they only installed them to reach 5 feet beyond the area of the roof that can be seen from the ground instead of replacing the gutters that should have covered the roof that was charged for at the time of the replacement.
6. Even though the price for the missing items or gutters was listed on the bid it was still difficult to get any one down here to fix the many problems they had left us to deal with after they said they were done.
7. No one from the office would come out to see the job that had been done and they were only interested in getting paid for the inadequate job acting as if it was our fault that the mess they made had happened and said I was being to picky and just trying to get out of paying for the job!
8. They stated that no permit was needed and none was ever applied for, So the only one they were expecting to look at it was my 80 year old mother.
9. With out going on the roof you would never know they never completed the job and that they left to two open ends of the gutter over the patio cover short roughly 40 feet of gutter that would just poor onto the roof even though the job was charged for the complete replacement of all the gutters.
10. The lack of downspouts proved to be of concern after I pulled up to the house during a heavy rain shortly after they finished the job only to see a flooded gutter system poring over from the roof all the way across the front of the house.
11. The down spouts that were in place were not replaced where the old ones were installed. Instead he replaced them at the very corner of the house so they were prone to be damaged by anything that was pulled past them damaging each of the gutters over time.
12. I had called other persons who installed gutters but they wanted nothing to do with the mess that was left stating that the whole thing should be redone and not fixed as it was beyond a simple repair.
13 As I said no one from the office would come out and the only person they sent back was the same person who installed the gutters, Who did not know what he was doing.
14. I was told he was a part owner or the son or brother of the person who I talked with. I invite them, all of them to come see the job they have left as now because of the rotten job that was done damage to the roof eves has been created from the way the gutters were installed all around the house that the gutters connect to.
15. Gutters did not have enough hardware to hold them up and they used 6 penny nails to do so making more holes in the gutters then needed by trying to nail into rotted wood that was listed in the report that would be removed and replaced when needed but was left after the gutters were installed.
16. I would have to say that everything that should have been done was not done right can't even think of one thing that was correctly done.
17. The problem is that we hired this company to do a simple job for us and at every opportunity they failed to preform.

Again I welcome the company to send out some one to look at the gutters here and tell me that they are done correctly! It has been one thing after another and the problems that arose from it are still going on years later.
