  1-he didn't show up to the project at all except first digging day for less than 30 minutest that why we got many mistakes or problems in general after we signed contract, I have to ask him thousand times to get steps done
  
  
  2- he charged me for fence putting back but he didn't because I replace the fence completely from my own
  
  
  
  3- after they finished digging and install the steel I kept asking him when they are coming to do Gunite day by day until got heavy rain and the mud collapsed from walls then he charged me $750 to remove it , I know it's my responsibility but it shouldn't happened if he did Gunite after short time
  
  4- before the Gunite I called him texted him two times because his workers install the skimmer unprofessionally it detached from pipes, so he had to send them twice
  
  
  5- after they install skimmer house it was above ground about 2 inches; I told him about several times at the end I did repair it from my own
  
  6- the concrete around pool before they pour concrete inspection failed 2 times(rebar)
  
  7- the main issue was the handrail still exiting we talked about it at the bigging, and I kept reminding him he said yes after they finished plaster; I asked him again he said oh they didn't put it during Gunite ??? He asked me. That happened because he never came to the project
  
  8- the plaster Guyse cleaned their machine from left over beside my house on the grass
  
  9- one time after I disappointed and there is no way the get answer from him, I called my loan office where I got the loan, he called him and left voice message like always then after he heard his message he called the loan officer yelled on him and called stared yelled on me and threating at this time he got all his money because I trusted him
  
  
  10- the big issue and was shame I asked him was the final inspection pass he said yes day by day one friend told call city to find out here was the surprise the final wasn't pass when I asked him why you said pass and wasn't ? No clear answer
  
  11- the reason he didn't pass final he didn't first put P trap for drain second, he didn't cover the trap and both he should know about them, and he left the work area open for 2 weeks
  
  12- I told him about some copping are Broken he said we will fix them and never
  
  13- the plaster discolored and chipped after 2 months from pool been filled water
  
  14- I asked him about pool Equpment missing chlorine tower he said you can put chlorine tablet in the skimmer ,I've seen many pools never seen one without tower
  
  15- we talked about 4 weeks after permit he took 12 weeks with no reason
