I hired Travis (owner of Grand Precision Construction) to do a small project for me. He missed his bid by double the price. He also would show up at 10:30-11AM when he promised to show up at 8:30AM. He made a few mistakes that I had to personally fix and never followed up on support requests. Although he seems to do decent work, he doesn't support his work as required by Utah law. I would pass on Travis and his crew as they are not professional and you can do a lot better.
